Operational Policy
Article 1. Definition of Basic Operational Policy
1. This Operational Policy (hereinafter "Operational Policy") aims to stipulate necessary matters to protect users' right to use by maintaining order within the service. It ensures consistent responses to various issues and situations arising during the performance of the contract concluded between Blomics Corp. (or "the Company") and the user according to the Game Service Terms of Use and Service Terms of Use (hereinafter "Terms of Use") regarding the game services and all related services (or "Service") provided by the Company.
2. To provide smooth service, the Company may amend the Operational Policy within the scope that does not violate relevant laws. If the Company changes the Operational Policy, it will notify users by posting the amended contents and the effective date within the service or on the web homepage at least 7 days prior to the effective date. However, if the amendment is disadvantageous to the user, it will be announced in the same manner 30 days before the effective date.
3. Matters regarding the interpretation of the Operational Policy and matters not specified in the Operational Policy shall be governed by the Terms of Use, and other matters shall be governed by relevant laws and commercial practices.
Article 2. Definition of Terms
The definitions of terms used in the Operational Policy are as follows:
1. Operation Team (or GM) refers to officials of the Company or people authorized by the Company who perform the role of assisting users to use the service smoothly.
2. User refers to a person who enters a usage contract with the Company and uses the service.
3. Name refers to all names set by the user, such as nicknames and character names.
4. Account Information refers to the ID and password set by the user or information randomly assigned by the Company for the user to use the service.
5. Game Information refers to any or all information related to gameplay, such as items, game money, scores, and achievements acquired by the user while using the service.
6. Unmannerly and Abnormal Behavior refers to all acts that can be considered unhealthy, such as theft, cash transactions, bug and system abuse, use of illegal programs, impersonation, fraud, abusing, spamming, interfering with game progress, invading privacy, interfering with service operation, causing damage or disgust to other users, and acts that are difficult to accept according to social norms.
7. Theft refers to all acts of using another person's account without permission, such as causing damage to another person's game information (in-game currency, characters, etc.) without consent or making payments using another person's payment information without prior consent.
8. Cash Transaction refers to the act of trading, attempting to trade, or arranging the trade of game information for cash or real-world goods.
9. Bug and System Abuse refers to the act of intentionally exploiting vulnerabilities (bugs, system errors, etc.) of the service.
10. Illegal Program refers to programs, equipment, and devices created for the purpose of interfering with the normal operation of the service, infringing copyrights, or altering, damaging, or forging related data.
11. Impersonation refers to the act of deceiving others about one's name, identity, etc.
12. Fraud refers to the act of deceiving or misleading a third party with false information or causing damage thereby.
13. Abusing refers to the act of repeatedly, periodically, or non-periodically using the game through unintended methods to acquire a large amount of specific game information (scores, records, items, game money, etc.) or assisting in such acts.
14. Spamming refers to the act of repeatedly posting or registering texts, photos, etc. in spaces such as bulletin boards to express opinions, express dissatisfaction, or draw attention.
15. Interference with Game Progress refers to the act of interfering with or obstructing normal service use to cause damage to a third party.
16. Invasion of Privacy refers to the act of exposing or abusing a third party's personal information.
17. Use Restriction (Suspension) refers to the suspension of the use of game services and various community services (such as writing posts) during the applicable period.
18. Abnormal Payment refers to all acts of paying fees for using game services, such as purchasing paid items, by stealing a third party's payment methods (credit card, mobile phone, ARS, etc.) without permission and paying or canceling through methods not recognized by the Company.
19. Abnormal User Registration refers to the act of registering through methods not recognized by the Company, such as registering with intentional purposes to unfairly acquire in-game items/game money.
Article 3. User's Obligations and Rights
1. Users must strictly comply with the Company's Terms of Use and Operational Policy. If a user violates the Operational Policy, they may bear responsibility for any resulting damages and consequences.
2. Users have the right to selectively use all games and service elements provided in the service.
3. The Company owns all rights to all user information related to the service (characters, items, game currency, etc.), and grants the user the right to use the corresponding information.
4. If a user receives unfair treatment or suffers damage while using the service, they have the right to raise an objection and request correction from the Company through legitimate methods and procedures. If they receive unfair treatment or suffer damage from another user, they have the right to inform the Company and request the application of this policy against the other user.
5. Users must honestly enter personal information required for registration based on their actual identity. If false information is entered or someone else's information is used during registration, the user cannot receive any protective measures from the Company and may be excluded from events or face service restrictions.
6. Users must maintain and update the entered information to keep it accurate, and must not allow a third party to use the information provided to the Company.
7. Users have an obligation to be fully aware of the information officially conveyed by the Company or the service, and the Company or the service is not responsible for any damage caused by failure to do so.
8. Users cannot engage in any commercial activities using the service without the prior consent of the Company.
9. Users cannot use the information obtained by using the service by copying, reproducing, modifying, translating, publishing, broadcasting, or other methods, nor provide it to others, without the prior consent of the Company.
10. If a user discovers or encounters a vulnerability (bug, system error, illegal program, etc.) in the service, they must inform the Company and must not spread it to other users or exploit it. If a vulnerability is not reported but exploited or passed on to others, it will be considered intentional abnormal behavior, and service use may be restricted under this policy and punished under relevant laws.
11. Users must respect the rights of others, such as copyrights of third parties. If a copyrighted work is used without prior permission, the Company considers it a copyright infringement under current copyright laws. Therefore, if
relevant information is found, it must be reported to the Company so appropriate action can be taken.
12. Users can make inquiries, suggestions, and requests related to the service through the following channels:

13. Inquiries submitted through the Customer Center are generally answered within 24 hours. However, responses and processing may be delayed due to increased inquiry volume, system maintenance, public holidays, or if additional investigation is required.
Article 4. Obligations and Rights of the Operation Team
1. The Operation Team (or GM) is fully aware of and complies with the "Terms of Use", "Operational Policy", and "Privacy Policy".
2. The Operation Team (or GM) does its best to eradicate acts violating the Operational Policy and provide smooth services.
3. The Operation Team (or GM) does not ask for, modify, leak, or distribute the user's personal information, and does its best to protect and manage personal information. However, personal information may be provided if requested by a government or judicial agency through lawful procedures.
4. The Operation Team (or GM) receives reports on all types of bugs and errors occurring to users through the Customer Center and community sites, and does its best to quickly confirm and fix them.
5. The Operation Team (or GM) does not express opinions on the goals users should achieve within the service or on game progress, other than game-related matters officially announced through game guides and notices.
6. As a rule, the Operation Team (or GM) does not intervene or get involved in normal user activities or disputes within the service.
7. The Operation Team (or GM) may restrict part or all of the service if it determines that abnormal or unintended phenomena occurring inside/outside the service cause problems hindering smooth service provision.
8. If the actions of a specific user or group are deemed to interfere with smooth service provision or violate the Operational Policy, the Operation Team (or GM) may restrict their service use according to Articles 8 and 9.
9. If a situation not specified in this policy occurs and it is deemed necessary to take action for smooth service provision, the Operation Team (or GM) may issue warnings or demand specific actions from a user or group, and if they do not comply, actions such as forced disconnection or use restriction may be taken.
Article 5. Account Management
1. The Company strives to protect the user's account information. However, the primary responsibility for managing account information lies with the user.
2. The user is responsible for all consequences resulting from a third party using their personal information, such as ID and password. The user is responsible for damages in service use or unauthorized use by a third party resulting from negligent management, and the Company is not responsible for it.
3. Users must not use or steal a third party's personal information. Stealing another's personal information may be subject to criminal punishment under relevant laws.
4. If an attempt is made to share account information with a third party or trade account information, characters, items, etc. for cash/goods, sanctions may be imposed according to the Operational Policy without prior warning, and the user who registered the account information bears all responsibility. Trading or transferring account information, characters, items, etc., is not recognized.
Article 6. Naming Policy
1. Basically, you can freely decide names such as character names, nicknames, and guild names. However, if they fall under the following cases, the GM may change the name ex officio, and if identical cases accumulate, additional sanctions may be taken.
- Names that cause discomfort to others with profanity, slang, sexually explicit or obscene content.
- Names judged or likely to be perceived as intending to impersonate the Company, its employees, officials, or GMs.
- Names intending to exchange items, characters, cyber goods, etc., for cash or real goods.
- Names intending to advertise specific targets or for commercial advertising.
- Racially or sexually discriminatory names.
- Names judged to intend to criticize, insult, or defame a specific person, group, organization, region, religion, etc.
- Names that may infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other rights of a third party.
- Names violating relevant laws or names that are difficult to accept by social norms.
- Names created by altering parts of the spelling or inserting other characters into the aforementioned names.
- Names containing content that degrades other users.
- Names created by combining special characters to make identification impossible.
- Other names deemed necessary to be changed under the objective judgment of the GM.
2. If a name does not fall under paragraph 1, character names, nicknames, etc., are not reset or changed, but if unavoidable for the smooth provision of services, the GM may change the name ex officio.
Article 7. Recovery Policy
1. If game information such as characters, items, and game currency is lost or altered due to reasons attributable to the Company or technical errors in the service, the Company will do its best to recover the game information within the scope where objective data and information can be verified.
Game information lost or altered due to the user’s carelessness, negligence, poor management, or failure to
familiarize themselves with the contents specified in the Operational Policy, game service, or notices in advance
will not be recovered.3. Investigation and processing are possible only if the report is received within 7 days of the date the problem occurred. However, this may vary depending on the DB retention period for each game.
4. Recovery applications must be submitted directly by the user who experienced the problem; proxy submission by a third party is not allowed.
5. If a recovery application is found to be false, service use may be restricted, and legal action may be taken according to “Article 9. Use Restriction Regulations”.
6. The Company does not support recovery for the following cases among the applications received:
– If it is not the user’s own account information.
– Damage caused by sharing, transferring, lending, or selling account information to a third party.
– Reports made more than 7 days after the incident.
– Damage caused by fraud occurring within the service. (However, users confirmed as perpetrators after investigation may be restricted, and items/currency related to the fraud will be entirely retrieved.)
7. User game information may be modified/changed/deleted according to the planning or operational judgment of the service, which will be announced through prior notice. In this case, recovery will not proceed.
8. Items paid as event rewards in the “Service” may not be processed for recovery. However, if event rewards are not paid due to a global in-game error, the following two actions may be taken:
– If auto-recovery is announced via a notice, rewards will be automatically distributed to eligible users after the error is fixed without needing a 1:1 inquiry.
– If 1:1 inquiry submission is requested via a notice, you can receive the reward by applying according to the format. If improvement and recovery schedules are announced during the recovery process, 1:1 inquiries received after the notice posting date will be excluded from recovery.
9. Recovery is impossible for loss/alteration of game content caused by device change, device reset, or unstable internet connection.
10. Recovery is impossible if the account is withdrawn through normal procedures and processes.
11. Recovery is impossible if the user loses the account used for linking.
Article 8. Sanction Criteria for Unmannerly and Abnormal Behavior
1. Unmannerly and abnormal behavior refers to theft, cash transactions, bug and system abuse, use of illegal programs, impersonation, fraud, abusing, spamming, game disruption, privacy invasion, interfering with service operation/use, acts causing damage to other users, “acts difficult to accept by social norms” and all other acts violating relevant laws.
2. The types of “acts difficult to accept by social norms” are as follows. In addition to the items listed below, contents may be added if it is objectively clear that an act is difficult to accept by social norms:
– Using profanity/slang/vulgar words.
– Sexually explicit and vulgar behavior.
– Intentional behavior aimed at causing harm, such as interfering with game use and progress.
– System bug usage and abnormal gameplay.
– Creating, using, distributing, or promoting illegal programs.
– Acts judged to intend cash transactions, commercial ads, or account trading.
– Account (ID) theft and hacking.
– Leaking personal information.
– Abusing all processes related to the Company and open market stores.
– Acts that infringe or are judged to infringe on the trademark rights or copyrights of third parties.
– Acts that may involve impersonation or fraud related to the service, such as GMs, developers, or NPCs.
– Acts intended to induce political conflict or aimed at hating/harassing other users.
– Acts judged to be related to illegal activities.
– Acts judged to demean or intend to demean a specific religion, race, nation, ethnicity, nationality, culture, group, etc.
– Other acts judged to cause discomfort or inconvenience to other users.
Article 9. Use Restriction Regulations
The Operation Team may take appropriate measures against all acts (including the items below) that interfere with smooth game operation or destroy the gaming environment, responding quickly according to the general order and norms shared by the user and the Company to protect well-intentioned users.

1. The Company may impose sanctions based on the cumulative number of unmannerly and abnormal behavior violations. If a user commits two or more types of violations simultaneously, the Company may apply weighted sanction criteria.
2. Even if a matter is not listed above, if it violates the Terms or relevant laws, the restriction period and method may be changed under the GM’s judgment, and access to all games or devices provided by the Company may be restricted.
3. If a user acquires items or game money through unmannerly and abnormal behavior, the Company may retrieve them.
4. The Company is not responsible if some content requiring continuous management is lost due to the inability to access the game during a service restriction.
5. If the Company suffers damages due to unmannerly and abnormal behavior, the Company may take separate legal actions, such as claiming damages against the user.
6. Even if a character has no previous sanction history, if another character on the same account has a sanction record, higher-tier sanctions will be applied.
7. Game information such as the character name (nickname) for which an Operational Policy violation has been confirmed may be publicly disclosed with partial masking within the necessary scope.
8. Users who object to the Company’s sanction measures can file an appeal via the email below.

– Other: Additional data may be requested.
Note: If it is judged to be a violation of relevant laws and has a serious impact on the game, the entire use of the account will be restricted.
Article 10. Community (Post) Operation Policy
1. In-service communities (chat, bulletin boards, profiles, etc.) and community sites (SNS channels, etc.) are provided for the purpose of exchanging various information necessary for using the service, everyday conversation, and sharing opinions about the Company and the service.
2. The Company does its best to foster a healthy community and provide stable community services based on these principles.
3.” Posts” refer to all files, links, comments, texts, photos, drawings, voices, videos, etc., uploaded by users within the Company’s service.
4. If the Company receives objections such as a claim for damages from a third party because a user’s post infringes on their rights, the user who wrote the post must actively cooperate to indemnify the Company, and if the Company is not indemnified, the user must bear responsibility for all resulting problems.
5. As a rule, the Company does not intervene in disputes between users within the community. However, it may partially intervene or mediate by judging the severity of the problem or the degree of negative impact on many community users. Also, depending on the severity and based on the “Official Community Policy,” community use may be restricted without prior warning.
6. To establish a healthy community, the Company may edit, move, or delete posts that fall under the “Official Community Policy” without prior notice. If inappropriate posts or comments are discovered, community use may be restricted for a certain period without prior warning.
7. Matters not specified in these principles and interpretation thereof shall be governed by the “Terms of Use”, and other matters shall follow relevant laws and commercial practices.
8. Even for matters not specifically falling under the “Official Community Policy,” if deemed necessary for smooth game operation, appropriate measures can be taken according to general in-game order shared by the Operation Team and users.
Article 11. Refund Policy
1. Payments are primarily subject to the policies of each platform.
2. Cash refunds are possible only for amounts that have been charged but remain unused and not converted into game cash.
3. Users who purchase products eligible for subscription withdrawal may withdraw their subscription within 7 days of purchase, provided the product has not been damaged.
4. Subscription withdrawal is restricted in the following cases:
– Content whose use starts immediately after purchase or is immediately applied to the application.
– Content where additional benefits provided have been used.
– Items acquired without payment during normal use of the application.
– Content provided for free by the Company or third parties (gifts, events), or if consent/acceptance has occurred on the UI related to the receipt of paid content (e.g., message box, gift box).
– When a part of items sold as a bundle has been used.
– When the act of opening constitutes use, or when opening determines the utility of the content.
– When a part of supplementary content (currency, points, mileage, items, etc.) paid upon purchase has been used.
– Content partially or fully lost or damaged due to reasons attributable to the user.
– Other content for which subscription withdrawal is restricted by relevant laws.
Article 12. Guest ID (Account) Policy
1. Guest IDs (accounts) are bound to the device. Information may be lost due to acts where device data can be moved, lost, or altered, such as device loss, factory reset, or cache and data deletion. Therefore, it is difficult for the Company to provide assistance for problems occurring when the account is not linked.
2. The Company will do its best to recover Guest ID (account) information if it is lost due to reasons attributable to the Company.
3. The Company provides sufficient guidance in the game and official communities about problems that may arise from not linking the account.
4. The Company is not responsible for recovery and cannot assist if the ID (account) information is lost due to the user’s carelessness or negligence, such as device loss, transfer, factory reset, or cache/data deletion.
5. Guest IDs (accounts) do not support game withdrawal and do not guarantee permanent use.
Article 13. Operation Policy for the Protection of Customer Service Agents’ Human Rights
1. Acts that infringe on the human rights of agents and interfere with business operations include the following:
– Making 1:1 inquiries, phone consultations, or visit consultations including profanity, sexual harassment, personal attacks, or threatening expressions against the agent.
– Making inquiries/consultations containing only profanity, sexual harassment, personal attacks, or
threatening expressions unrelated to the game.
– Interfering with consultation operations through continuous abusive inquiries.
– Interfering with consultation operations with words or actions that can cause severe mental damage to the agent.
2. If an agent’s human rights are infringed, actions will be taken according to the operational policy as follows:

• Consultations will resume when submitted without operational policy violations.
• If abusive behavior repeats even after game use restrictions, cumulative 7-day restrictions may be applied.
• If violations occur across multiple accounts from the same IP or device, they may be treated as the same person.
• If the infringement is deemed severe (e.g., the examples below), game use may be restricted without prior warning:
a. Profanity, insult, or abusive language targeting the agent’s appearance or body parts.
b. Requesting a private meeting or making obscene jokes.
c. Sexual expressions, profanity, or abuse targeting the agent’s family members.
d. Showing images, such as photos, that cause sexual humiliation.
e. Any other words or actions causing sexual disgust or shame.
f. Obstructing business by continuously demanding consultation on topics that cannot be guided.
Article 14. Creator Operation Policy
1. We respect the creativity and autonomy of works produced by content creators.
2. However, when selected as the Content Creator of the Month, the content represents EOS Red Rebirth and is disclosed to many users. Please take ownership and strictly observe the following precautions.
3. Common Operation Policy for Creator of the Month:
– Unauthorized use of copyrighted comics, music, videos, etc. is prohibited.
– Excessive profanity or slander against other users is prohibited.
– Repeatedly uploading previously uploaded content by reusing or re-editing is prohibited.
– For posts violating the game operation policy, the sanction level is adjusted by comprehensively
considering the intentionality, repetition, scale of profit obtained, and impact on service operation.
4. Content Creator Operation Policy:
– Gaining financial profit by editing official EOS Red Rebirth videos or using content without authorization is prohibited (Using it as your own content, such as a review, is allowed).
– Content related to harmful content/advertisements/illegal programs/bug abuse/private servers/admin impersonation/spreading false information is prohibited.
– Only non-commercial content is recognized for a creator's activity history. Creators must not demand fees or compensation from others in exchange for transferring access rights or ownership of the content.
– However, if advertising revenue, donations, or subscription fees are incidentally generated by posting on online platforms (e.g., YouTube) that provide these functions, it is exceptionally not considered commercial use.
– If registered content does not meet the review criteria, an improvement warning will be sent via
message. Accumulating 3 warnings may result in suspension from being a Creator for the following
month.
– After being selected, if the creator does not perform activities meeting the review criteria at least once every 2 weeks, or accumulates 3 improvement warnings, they may be suspended from the following month’s creator program without separate notice.
– All content must remain fully public. If it is switched to private or difficult for the operation team to
verify, it will not count towards the activity count.
– If a creator expresses their intention to terminate activities after being selected, the rewards paid for that month will not be retrieved, and they will be excluded from the list when the next month's creators are announced.
– If a creator wishes to be re-selected after being suspended due to unmet conditions, policy violations, or voluntary withdrawal, they must reapply after meeting the conditions.
– If a creator produces content in exchange for rewards provided by the Company (game items, currency, etc.), they must clearly display “Includes paid advertising” or “Sponsored”. Violation may result in deprivation of creator qualifications, and the creator bears legal responsibility.
– According to the Game Industry Promotion Act and relevant laws, content promoting games containing probability-type items must clearly display the phrase “Includes probability-type items”.
– Content produced by creators may be posted on the separately prepared [Creator Content] bulletin board and shared with other users.
– If game use is restricted due to other operation policy violations, creator qualifications will be deprived without a separate warning.
– If acts violating the above precautions are discovered, actions such as warnings, exclusion from creator selection, and deprivation of qualifications (reward retrieval) may be taken.
– Matters not specified in these precautions will be processed based on the Terms of Use, general social norms, and relevant laws.
